Process
Site Visit
The initial site visit is typically an hour to an hour and a half. This is the time for us to get to know each other, for me to listen to your goals, and ask questions to better understand your site.

Included in the site visit is a packet of resources, soil map and analysis, and a follow up work proposal.
Work Proposal
A detailed written proposal outlining goals for your project, budget proposal, scope of work, and timeline for completion.
Design Concept
Computer generated or hand drawn to scale plans including: base map of site with marked utilities and infrastructure, planting plan, hardscape plan, irrigation plan, and any other details agreed upon during the site visit and work proposal.
Revisions
After presenting the initial design draft with clients, I always make time for revisions to make changes or clear up any potential misunderstandings to get the design details right.
Final Plan
The finalized draft of the design plan is a document you or the contractor can refer to throughout the installation process. This document is typically a printed map (18"x24") plan accompanied with excel budget sheets, and work plan process documents.
